Andre is the founder and owner of Next Level Enterprize a company specializing in the training and development of individuals and organizations. He builds workshops and presentations on his simple philosophy; “In order to change your behaviors, you must first change your mind”. Andre believes that by practicing everyday God given principles, principles like commitment, discipline, knowledge, persistence, that anything is possible. With this simple approach Andre has helped thousands of employees connect with their employers to focus on common goals, provided methods that has helped countless students’ commit to their dreams and plans, and he’s inspired the homeless to believe that homelessness is not the end. Andre’s poetry has reached Enugu Nigeria that inspired Strickland Middle school to build their graduation ceremony around his poem “Survive”. He’s been asked by presidents, mayors, CEO’s, colleges, and churches to perform his heart warming and eye opening poetry.

On top of Andre's busy schedule as an inspirational speaker he's been brought on board with Workforce Solutions for Tarrant County as the Special Projects Manager, where he is currently spear-heading a job readiness and job placement program for those in a homeless situation. This job readiness program is in direct connection with the city's 10yr Homeless Plan called “Directions Home”.

And in just 18 months Andre has motivated, restored hope, and provided clear direction on "accomplishing your plans" that has helped over 380 homeless participants gain employment and 45 enroll or return to college. These kinds of results are what have earned Andre local and national attention for his ability to inspire people to action.
